National Mentoring Week - January 28-Feb 3
A coach is someone who sees how remarkable you can be and constantly holds that image for you.
We all need someone to hold that mirror for us – And we need to be able to hold that mirror for someone else.
Who can you reach out to for that boost and who around you could use that life?
Beverly’s Hot Tip for celebrating National Mentoring Month:
We are all interconnected and when one rises it opens everyone else up to the possibilities.
Find a mentor. Be a mentor.

National Non-Smoking Week - Jan 21-27
To smoke or not to smoke? This is the question that many of our youth are facing today.
If you are a parent, have an open and honest discussion about smoking. Have you ever smoked? Why did you try it? If you are a smoker, be honest about how much it costs, the impact on your health and that quitting is not easy.
Beverly’s Hot Tip for celebrating National Non-Smoking Week:
Trying to fit in, having something to calm your nerves and boredum can be overcome in so many ways. Help your child to find a better way. Smoking is not the answer. Be a good role model.
